What you need?

      2 Eggs
      2 -3 cups milk
      4-5 bread slices
      Powdered sugar 2 tablespoons
      Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon (optional)
      Salt
      Butter
Peanut butter or any of your favorite spread (optional)

Step 1

Beat the eggs, add milk, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Whisk it all till an even, frothy mixture is formed

Step 2

Immerse a slice of bread in the mixture. Let it soak for some time so that it absorbs all the flavours.

Step 3

Heat some butter on a pan. Gently remove the soaked bread slice and pan-fry it on a medium flame.

After 2 -3 minutes turn it over. Turn over multiple times until both sides turn brown.

Step 4

Take it out on a plate, apply peanut butter and enjoy with some hot coffee.

You could also dress some fruits such as sliced bananas or strawberries on top.

Step 5
